Contract Resources
Our services mean you can spend time on the project, not on searching for the right people. We make contract resourcing possible for both short and long term projects. Within 24 to 48 hours we can provide ‘Time & Materials’ technical resources on a per hour or day basis, enabled by our right to hire policy.

Contract to Hire
Think of it as a ‘try before you buy.’ Clients can hire an employee, without a contractor commitment for a full-time placement. The benefits are numerous. It’s a flexible service that gives both clients and employees the opportunity to assess if there is a good ‘fit.’   Managers have the time to work around hiring roadblocks, such as budgets, HR and union issues. The cost of permanent placement can also be disbursed over longer periods of time, typically 3 to 6 months.

Permanent Placement
A more traditional recruitment process, Ignite brings together a job seeker and a prospective employer for the purpose of a permanent or full-time position. Our fee includes handling all aspects of employee recruitment from consultation to advertising, resume selection and assessment, interviewing, referencing, testing, employee selection, orientation and placement.

Executive Search
A search we don’t take lightly. Ignite provides a full-service IT Executive Search reserved for senior management and executive positions, most commonly for a full-time, retained position.

Ignite FreeAgent
A business service that checks off all your administrative needs. This service provides contract payroll service that includes direct deposit, insurance coverage, and WCB coverage and payroll tax administration. Costs: $5/hr for incorporated individuals and ask for employee rates.
