On behalf of our client in Vancouver, Ignite Technical Resources is looking for an IT Support Analyst for a 6-month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time permanent role.

Qualifications and Special Skills:

  • 5+ years in a Tier 2 IT support role 
  • Working knowledge and experience working with/supporting:
    • Active Directory, Exchange, Windows, Hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile phones, peripherals and security (i.e. Anti Virus, Encryption, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A+, ITIL or MCP certifications are considered a strong asset
