Available Positions


Ignite consists of Recruiters and Account Managers.  These individuals are critical for Ignite to deliver the results our client’s demand of us. Our Recruiters engage with IT Professionals and our Account Managers are sales professionals who consult with clients to understand and realise their IT resourcing, talent management and service their requirements. Recruiter

Identification Process:

  • Utilize internal and external databases to identify potential candidates.
  • Place job requirements online to increase available candidate pool.
  • Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals.
  • Identify networking activities and professional associations to generate new contacts.
  • Managing social media.

Hiring Process:

  • Screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and meetings.
  • Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate contract terms.
  • Maintain excellent documentation in the company's applicant management system.

Management Process:

  • Lead candidates through the client interview process.
  • Build relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Network for new business opportunities and referrals.

Account Manager

Business Development:

  • Establish consultative relationships with IT decision makers related to search needs.
  • Expand existing client-base through business development activities.
  • Generate sales leads, cold-call prospective clients and set client meetings
  • Work closely with clients to understand resourcing needs & educate client on Ignite’s processes
  • Prepare and deliver effective proposals to clients

Requirement & Talent Management:

  • Screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions.
  • Manage the life cycle of collecting job requirements, sourcing candidates with recruiting teams, interview process and onboarding.
  • Work with our recruitment team to provide exceptional resources and fulfil our client’s needs.
  • Provide project management services to complete client’s resourcing projects

Client Management Process:

  • Update and maintain client information in accordance to Ignite standards.
  • Manage Vendor Agreements to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain and grow existing partnerships to maximize positive impact within IT groups.
  • Create and execute strategies to gain account intelligence and develop business with new and existing clients
  • Provide customer service and relevant industry knowledge to current consultants and clients
  • Understand client business and IT initiatives, as well as their specific technical and cultural environments to provide proactive workforce planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience (professional/internship experience in recruiting, sales, marketing or customer service)
  • Skilled communicator (verbal and written)
  • Sense of urgency
  • Results drive
  • Smart and sense of humour
  • Customer-focused
  • IT knowledge preferred but Ignite will help by providing in-depth technical train.

Compensation and Benefits

Candidates will receive a competitive base salary, commission and an exceptional benefits package.
